Bangors Organic is a very special place to stay being one of only three Soil Association certified organic B&B's in the UK and the only one offering home grown totally organic evening food in a licensed organic restaurant.

We provide luxury, eco friendly accommodation in our spacious and private double ensuite rooms, 'Menhir' and 'Lundy' in a traditional yet uncluttered style. The floors are the original boards, and the large Victorian windows have all been beautifully restored. Lovely ensuite bathrooms with freestanding baths and separate showers complete the luxurious picture. Both rooms have lovely views Menhir over the gardens and Lundy to the sea and sunsets about a mile distant.

Attention to detail, a friendly welcome and home grown, local and organic food and drink. Our aim is to make your stay relaxing and memorable.

Great Walking and Cycling in Spectacular Scenery
Bangors Organic is 5 miles south of Bude on the unspoiled north Cornish coast. North Cornwall has without doubt one of the most dramatic and beautiful coastlines in the country. From Hartland in North Devon as far as Padstow the massive cliffs and spectacular scenery are truly breathtaking.

The coastal path is about a mile from Bangors and can be explored on foot. You are welcome to abandon the car and just walk, or catch one of the little buses that stop right outside Bangors Organic and which run all along the coastal route from Bude to Boscastle and Tintagel.

Cycling is a great way to enjoy Cornwall, and the Camel and Tarka trails provide safe level cycling in very pretty areas.

We welcome cyclists and walkers, we have safe storage for bikes and drying facilities if you need them.

We can also transfer luggage onto your next destination if you are walking without transport. We offer a drop off and pick up service to/from Bude for guests arriving by public transport. Please let us know if we can help.

The nearest beach is Widemouth bay, which is an excellent surfing beach and has wetsuit and boards for hire if you don’t have your own.

Here on our 5 acre organic holding we have gardens and grounds producing all the fresh organic produce that we need for the house and restaurant.

As many of our guests will know, growing is hard work and organic growing is very hard work. But the results are worth all the effort, and nothing compares to the flavours and textures of fresh vegetables and salads picked from the garden, washed, prepared and served immediately.

We believe that farming and food production should be sustainable, honest, diverse and healthy and therefore not only do we grow organically we also cater organically using the produce we grow ourselves.
